Giving Back

At LDC Properties, giving back is a core value rooted in strengthening the communities where we live and work. We proudly support organizations focused on education, wellness, and long-term opportunity. We partner with the Great Expectations Foundation, which provides grants to organizations advancing education, fitness, and emotional and spiritual development across the Midwest. In 2022, the Foundation expanded its reach to support additional community-based organizations, increasing local impact and engagement. We also support KidSmart, a nonprofit dedicated to equipping children with essential school supplies, helping remove barriers to learning and setting students up for success from day one.
