Steven Carrico is the Director of Real Estate for LDC Properties and its affiliated platforms, including Rent One, RNR Midwest, and AyadVentures. He oversees the development, leasing, and asset management of a diversified commercial portfolio exceeding 750,000 square feet across 50+ properties throughout the Midwest.
Since 2008, Steven has led the expansion of 65 Rent One locations, 12 RNR Tire Express stores, and the acquisition of 500,000+ square feet of commercial real estate, driving consistent portfolio growth of approximately 15% year over year. His work centers on disciplined development, long-term ownership, and community-focused reinvestment.
Dan Eichelberger is the Director of Development and Property Services. Dan joined LDC Properties in 2014, bringing over 20 years of multi-unit retail operations management along with extensive experience in M&A, business development, and site location evaluation and demographic analysis.
Dan combines strategic vision with operational expertise, ensuring LDC’s properties are managed with precision, efficiency, and a focus on long-term tenant and company success.
Doug Martin has served as a Project Manager at LDC Properties since 2022, overseeing construction and capital improvement projects across the company’s portfolio. He brings more than seven years of operational leadership experience from his prior role as Regional Manager at RNR Tire Express, where he managed multi-location operations and vendor relationships.
Doug leverages his strong coordination, project oversight, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet LDC’s high standards.
